Movement Classes

We are excited to be collaborating with local gyms and facilities to offer workshops and classes that focus on functional movement, rehabilitation & movement education.

The classes are all about functional movement, getting you to move better and more optimally, and how your movement patterns could be limiting your sport performance or potentially leading towards injury. We’ll be going through exercises and patterns to target common movement dysfunctions and how those movements are related to you. We’ll delve into methods for daily mobility, warming up for activity, injury prevention and rehabilitation, and functional range of motion. If you’re in pain or none at all, movement mechanics are pivotal for human functionality and sport performance. The classes are tailored not only for just movement but to provide a greater understanding about your own body and our biomechanics.
